Responsibilities
Role Description:
Responsible for generating new leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves coordinating with clients to understand their construction requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position also requires maintaining up to date knowledge about the company's offerings and market trends.
Core responsibilities:
- Actively prospecting and generating business leads.
- Conducting sales and presentations and products demonstrations.
- Negotiating and closing deals to meet sales targets.
- Maintaining clients relationships and managing the sales pipeline.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Detail-oriented with organizational and time-management capabilities.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Possession own transport.
- Willing to travel.
- Willing to work on extra hours or weekend if required.
- Willing to accept and hoc task/job if required.
