What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full set accounting activities including AP, AR, GL, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
• Verify supplier invoices, purchase orders and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
• Issue customer invoices, monitor collections and prepare AR aging reports.
• Perform financial reviews, reporting and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cost control and improvement of finance processes.
• Support tax filing, statutory submissions and internal/external audit requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, Malaysian regulations and accounting standards.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Hands-on experience in full set accounting, AP, AR and financial reporting.
• Familiar with accounting software/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel functions.
• Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements including tax, EPF, SOCSO and compliance reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage (to liaise with supplier).
