• Prepare and bake cookies, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent quality.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and baking production.
• Create, develop, and test new menu items and recipes.
• Suggest new flavours, desserts, and seasonal menu ideas.
• Assist with recipe costing and portion control.
• Prepare ingredients and manage daily production requirements.
• Monitor ingredient stock and minimize food waste.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen.
• Operate baking equipment safely and correctly.
• Work closely with the café team to maintain product quality and presentation.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
