Job Responsibilities
- Be a part of our Technical Services Team which provides system implementation, maintenance and technical support.
- Provide maintenances of information technology systems, video broadcast systems and information display systems.
- Provide production support and technical support for hardware, software, network. operating systems and applications software.
- Participate in projects implementation, demonstrations, training.
Qualifications
- Possess higher diploma or Associate Degree or above in Information Technology or related engineering discipline.
- Solid experience in Microsoft Windows platform.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive, willing to learn, flexible and willing to work overtime.
- Good team player.
- Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Ethernet network and test driven implementation.
