Black Point Design Hiring! Full Time Interior Designer in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Responsible for space planning, conceptualisation, and detailing activities.

• Must be proficient in perspective, construction detail & technical drawings.

• Coordinate design issues with contractors.

• Monitor design development to ensure submission deadline is met.

• Assist to resolve design / technical related issues during / after the construction development stage.

• Preparation of presentation materials.

• Preparation of construction drawing.

• Presentation of design proposals to clients.

• Client management.

• Ensure a proper and sound filing system is maintained for easy retrieval in line with the ISO requirements.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture Design or equivalent.

• Has a strong flair for design and colour scheme.

• Versatile and flexible in approach.

• Excellent presentation and people skill.

• A team player.

• Able to work in a fast paced environment independently under minimum supervision.

• Good command of English to handle design presentation to clients.

• Required skill(s): 3D Max, Auto CAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop.

• Required language(s): English. Mandarin is an added advantage.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong.
