Job Summary

You will support customer service and administrative tasks by greeting customers, managing appointment reminders, maintaining accurate treatment and customer records, preparing sales reports, and updating invoices to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers to create a positive first impression

Call customers to remind them of upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows

Verify that treatment records are accurately completed and signed for compliance

Update and maintain customer records and personal particulars to ensure data accuracy

Prepare sales reports to track outlet performance and support management decisions

Update customer invoices to reflect accurate billing information

Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Outlet Manager to support daily operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn to adapt to changing tasks

Communicate clearly and build rapport with customers and team members to enhance service quality

Apply customer service skills to maintain a service-oriented and customer-focused environment

Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word) to complete administrative tasks efficiently
