If you are a self-motivated individual with leadership skills and teamwork oriented, has the ability to communicate and lead at all levels, detailed orientated to ensure that the restaurant kitchen crews operate smoothly during peak time, we want you!

Additional job responsibilities:

• Oversees daily operations, managing inventory stocks, ordering supplies, managing food costs, and minimizing wastage.
• Monitoring food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Staff scheduling, kitchen training, motivating, and supervising service/kitchen crews
• Train service crew on greeting guests, ensuring high satisfactions, and professionally resolving any complaints

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
