Success Base Engineering Limited Hiring! Full Time Technical Designer - Project Interior Designer in Kowloon, Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 25,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce a full set of shop drawings, detailed drawings, and material selections for fitting-out, renovation, and residential projects.
• Communicate and liaise with designers, external furniture vendors, site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth production and compliance with design specifications and company standards.
• Assist and support the project team in meeting tight schedules across multiple projects.
• Review and coordinate fitting-out details to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Manage the full scope of budget, design, production & site work from concept development to construction oversight.
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in fitting-out, building, construction, or residential interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Sketchup, 3D Max, or Revit is an advantage.
• Native proficiency in Cantonese, and good command of Mandarin and English.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a good team player.
• Willingness to work on-site, Immediate availability preferred.
