Description and Requirements
Support solution architects across IT strategy and client solution design projects
Conduct technical feasibility reviews, gap analysis and technical due diligence
Design, build and execute POCs and pilots to validate solution functionality and viability
Define technical requirements, performance criteria and system constraints
Develop detailed technical specifications and end-to-end solution design documents
Apply and promote industry technology best practices and technical standards
Evaluate platforms and solution options against technical and performance benchmarks
Carry out performance testing, scalability checks and technical risk assessments
Provide technical inputs to shape IT roadmaps and strategic technology plans
Document POC results, technical assessments and formal technical recommendations
Ensure all technical designs align with enterprise architecture and client IT strategy
Resolve technical design gaps and deliver ongoing technical advisory for engagements
