ParagonCorp Hiring! Full Time Digital Stategist in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Digital Strategist become the digital mastermind for Paragon's brand. This person will be responsible to create master plan, create digital strategy, connecting all digital channel, adapt relevant marketing technology, in order to succeed brand campaign on digital ecosystem. Digital strategist should be able to translate business need to be digital creative campaign, with end goals to maximize awareness share of voice, engagement and purchase intent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify opportunity to create talkability and high engagement in digital space aligned with brand objective based on data digital analysis from benchmark & previous event, commerce result, competitor, market, and social activities (online to offline).
2. Set digital goals and clear success metrics on all platforms/digital channel for SMM.
3. Define digital strategy for the brand and category to win the share of voice for the brand.
4. Along with SMM & Digital Creative to develop creative & digital plan.
5. Advise and become a consultative party regarding data insight and roadmap content for Digital Creative.
6. Becoming the think tank partner for Business Unit Lead and Deliver cross learning and insight of the Brand.
7. Manage new technology exploration initiative for customer experience.
8. Manage relationship and partnership with technology vendor.
9. Facilitate and orchestrate collaboration between CRM, Media, PR, Digital Creative, and SMM in terms of digital campaign.
10. Decide and prioritize plan to be delivered for digital initiative for category and brand.
