Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Online Sales & Operations Assistant to manage our growing skincare brand. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our customer journey: quickly responding to WhatsApp inquiries, conducting personalized skin consultations, and hosting engaging Live streaming sessions (TikTok/Shopee) to drive sales. Additionally, you will handle daily backend operations, including meticulous Excel data entry for lead tracking and securely packing parcels for daily shipping fulfillment.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
