At Space Change, we believe good interior design begins with understanding how people live and work. We create considered spaces with practical layouts, thoughtful material choices and clear communication throughout the renovation journey.
We’re looking for an
Interior Designer with at least one year of relevant experience
to join our design team. This is a design focused role where you can develop ideas, prepare drawings and work closely with colleagues who handle client relationships and project delivery.
Interior Designer:
Commission starting from 50% based on experiences
S$1,500 monthly allowance during your transition period
Qualified leads provided every month
Commission paid within 30 days of project handover
Hybrid working: design from home, meet clients on site

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll own your projects from first consultation to final handover:
Meet homeowners to understand their lifestyle, needs, style preferences and budget
Create design concepts, space plans, mood boards and material and finish selections
Produce 2D layouts and 3D visualizations to bring ideas to life for clients
Prepare and present quotations, proposals and design solutions
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, workmanship and timelines
Resolve issues proactively and keep projects running smoothly
Build lasting relationships with homeowners throughout their renovation journey
Work towards your individual sales and project targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Design skills
Minimum 3 years of residential interior design experience in Singapore
Strong portfolio showing space planning, concept development and finished projects
Proficient in
AutoCAD and SketchUp
; rendering skills (e.g. Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion) are a strong plus
Good eye for layout, lighting, colour, materials and carpentry detailing
Solid knowledge of renovation processes, materials, costing and HDB/BCA renovation guidelines
Project & client skills
Proven ability to manage HDB and condo projects independently; landed experience is a bonus
Confident in client consultation, presentation, negotiation and closing
Able to juggle multiple clients and projects
Self-motivated and responsible, comfortable with hybrid working
Most importantly

Space Change Pte Ltd, founded in 2019, is a growing interior design firm in Singapore with the belief that there is a method to assist homeowners to bring their vision to life without compromising much on the renovation. Every renovation should be planned meticulously with our clients’ needs in mind and appropriately budgeted. The desired end results can be achieved easily as we have a team of passionate interior designers, also known as Spaceman, who devote time and effort to know the customer’s lifestyle and needs. The drafts will be bespoke interior designs curated for each unique customer. Our Spaceman will also propose cost-saving options for customers and achieve both cost-saving and design as a whole. At Space Change, Its all about doing rightfully and spending right on renovation.
