Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore and overseas companies.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation and month-end closing.
Collect and organize operational and transaction data for accounting purposes.
Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
Monitor intercompany transactions and balances.
Liaise with overseas teams, external accountants, tax agents and banks.
Support audit, tax and other statutory compliance matters.
Assist with payment processing, cash flow monitoring and other finance-related matters.
Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
Relevant accounting experience preferred.
Experience handling full sets of accounts will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
Able to work independently and manage multiple entities and deadlines.
Detail-oriented with good communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for communication with overseas stakeholders.
