Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT outsourcing, IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, or service delivery.
• Experience managing outsourced IT employees, client accounts, or workforce delivery projects.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Good understanding of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, employment, performance management, and offboarding.
• Experience working with outsourcing vendors or third-party service providers is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects, clients, and employee-related issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Able to work effectively with clients, employees, internal teams, and external partners from different cultural backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT outsourcing services, ensuring client requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand workforce requirements, job responsibilities, qualifications, and hiring standards.
• Coordinate the onboarding, employment, and offboarding processes of outsourced IT employees.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding staffing progress, employee performance, operational issues, and service delivery.
• Handle employee inquiries, complaints, performance issues, labor disputes, and other workforce-related matters, ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify potential delivery and operational risks, develop appropriate solutions, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage and coordinate with third-party outsourcing service providers to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed requirements.
• Monitor key delivery metrics and ensure agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service standards are achieved.
• Develop and improve outsourcing processes and workflows to increase delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Ensure outsourced workforce operations comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
