Key Responsibilities

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via WhatsApp.
• Provide product information, quotations, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Have good knowledge of sports jerseys, including fabric types, sizing, custom designs, printing techniques, and personalisation options.
• Assist customers with jersey design selections and customisation requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers via WhatsApp.
• Good knowledge of sports jerseys and custom sportswear.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional Advantages

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.
• Graphic design skills and the ability to create or modify jersey designs are an added advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the sportswear or apparel industry, is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
