AI & Automation Builder

We’re looking for an AI & Automation Builder to design and build AI-powered automations that support business initiatives. You’ll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, assess what’s feasible, and turn those requirements into practical, well-documented solutions.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with solid hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions, who is looking to grow toward independently managing larger and more ambiguous initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with business owners for well-defined projects and workstreams.
• Design and build AI-powered automations, including AI agents, LLM-based workflows, and low-code automations.
• Understand and map business processes before building solutions, clearly identifying what is and isn’t feasible.
• Recommend the appropriate approach for each initiative — full automation, AI-assisted workflows, or manual processes.
• Collaborate with senior team members on ambiguous or cross-functional initiatives before implementation.
• Clearly document discovery findings, requirements, workflows, and technical decisions so solutions can be handed over to the Technology team when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of total professional experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on AI or automation development.
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or similar technologies.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, product, operations, or consulting is preferred.
• Comfortable communicating directly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and conducting discovery conversations independently.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks, with familiarity with WABA (WhatsApp Business API) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with at least one low-code/no-code automation platform
