ETD Digital Global builds custom software, AI automation and operational systems for businesses that need practical digital infrastructure.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to keep software projects clear, organised and moving. You will coordinate client communication, planning, task allocation, delivery timelines and project follow-up.

What you will do:

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate software projects from scope through delivery

•⁠ ⁠Communicate project progress, timelines, risks and next steps with clients

•⁠ ⁠Break work into clear tasks and support developer task allocation

•⁠ ⁠Track scope, schedule, blockers, decisions and delivery quality

•⁠ ⁠Maintain project documentation, meeting notes and client updates

•⁠ ⁠Help improve ETD’s project-delivery process as the team grows

What we are looking for:

•⁠ ⁠At least 1 year of experience coordinating IT, software or digital projects

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with clients, developers and internal stakeholders

•⁠ ⁠Strong planning, follow-up and written communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with task-management tools and project documentation

•⁠ ⁠Able to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur
