About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Logistic Data Entry. In this hands-on role, you will be need handle daily logistics data entry, manage customer online ordering portals, verify physical finished goods (FG) stock levels against schedules, generate delivery documentation, and maintain precise records to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Systems & Customer Portal Management
- Monitor daily customer orders from manual systems and online OEM portals, including KLB, Ingress, Perodua (PM), and Perodua (PGM).
- Continuously update the Daily Production Schedule (DPS) in accordance with Proton's SUS online system.
- Print labels and Delivery Orders (DO) from the E-Part Superbs portal for Perodua Sales according to "Back No."
- Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for labeling requirements based on current customer Delivery Instructions (DI) or Forecasts.
- Issue Finished Goods (FG) Purchase Requisitions (PR) for Proton Parts Centre (PPC) based on DI/Forecast requirements.
2. Data Entry, Sales Tracking & Reporting
- Input issued customer DO data into the system daily to generate weekly sales reports.
- Collect and compile weekly sales reports from all branches every Monday for Management Weekly Meetings.
- Track weekly order reports and verify that Finished Goods (FG) stock levels are sufficient for PPC deliveries.
- File weekly completed delivery summary lists.
3. Inventory Control & Floor Communication
- Verify stock sufficiency daily and report updated customer order and stock statuses to the Production department.
- Update order and stock data every morning on the "Morning Market" whiteboard for key accounts (Proton, INGRESS, PGM, PM).
- Assist in directly managing FG part collections straight from the production line.
- Update FG stock statuses daily and report directly to the Logistics Executive.
- Ensure all parts have complete packaging data (PPRS / PSI) for customer submission.
4. Dispatch, Packaging & Courier Handling
- Prepare Daily Delivery Orders for all customer shipments.
- Separate DOs and Gate Passes according to their respective lots and branch destinations.
- Separate labels and DOs for Honda Spare Parts, Proton Part Centre, and Toyota Spare Parts by destination (Shah Alam, Bukit Beruntung, and Tanjung Malim) before distribution.
- Pack customer ordered parts based on labels supplied via courier services (for PPC & PSSB).
- Coordinate directly and immediately with customers if delivery issues arise.
5. Documentation & Filing Control
- Retrieve DO copies from the Security Post every morning for recording and filing.
- Ensure returned DOs from external transport vendors are collected, recorded, and filed.
- File incoming and outgoing DO production documents in designated files.
- File PPC Store DOs by date and month before handing them over to the store team.
- Forward recorded DOs to the Outgoing Logistics section to be stapled with customer-acknowledged/stamped DO copies.
6. Fleet, Vendor & Site Coordination
- Monitor JHC and TLS return logistics to ensure empty polyboxes are returned daily before 12:00 PM.
- Prepare "Service Lorry" forms accompanied by Problem Reports during breakdowns/issues for Assistant Manager and Operations General Manager approval.
7. Quality, Compliance & Operations
- Comply with work standards defined in the IATF 16949 manual and operating systems (ESIM / PROMISE / SUS / FOCUS).
- Initiate proactive preventive measures for any product, process, or Quality System (IQM) abnormalities.
- Execute additional tasks and directions issued by Management.
Who are we looking for?
- SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in data entry or admin roles within automotive or industrial manufacturing setup.
- Key Skills: Fast typing/data entry skills, Microsoft Excel, customer portal navigation, inventory tracking.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to follow technical procedures accurately.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
