Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 10 years experience is required for this position.
Must have experience in level 4 planning
Must have Working Experience in Primavera P6.
Experience on Tender Submissions will be an added advantage.
Experience in building civil projects with the main contractor in construction projects.
Job Description:
Assist the Project Manager in preparing Level 2 to Level 4 construction schedule in Primavera, Planning Projects within allocated budget and resources within the established timeline.
Monitor progress, schedules and plans for new proposals of Projects.
Prepare progress S Curve, coordinate and attend meetings with clients and contractors..
Prepare project progress summary.
Prepares scheduling documents & construction document planning documentation for tender & project execution
Performs project performance analysis including earned value through analysis of man-hour resources including productivity of third parties
Prepares progress reporting, developing and updating progress curves and briefing materials as required to measure and assess progress
Maintain logical schedules in software Primavera P6 to determine problem areas and alert project team to critical scheduling issues
