Responsibilities
Train cleaner in using a truck's lifting mechanism, and operating onboard compactors
Direct and oversee the work of cleaning staff.
Assign and coordinate daily tasks and schedules.
Inspect work sites and facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
Ensure staff adhere to health and safety protocols.
Monitor manage, and reorder cleaning equipment and materials.
Liaise with clients, other departments, and management.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues.
Submit daily or periodic reports on cleaning operations and staff performance.
