We are looking for a numbers-driven and analytical individual to join our Management Trainee Program.
This role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working with numbers, data, reports, and business performance. Candidates do not need to have an extensive Finance or Accounting background. However, some exposure to finance-related tasks, data entry, reporting, reconciliation, or numerical analysis would be an advantage.
The program is designed to develop individuals with strong analytical potential into future management roles through hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily business and administrative operations.
- Assist with data collection, organization, analysis, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain documents, records, reports, and other business-related materials.
- Coordinate with different departments to support ongoing projects and operational activities.
- Assist management with project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking.
- Review information and documentation carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support research and provide relevant information to assist with business decisions and project development.
- Communicate with internal teams and external parties when required.
- Identify operational issues and assist in finding practical solutions.
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant working experience in administration, business operations, project coordination, management support, research, or a related field.
- Priority will be given to candidates with a Law background or Law-related studies.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with data, documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with different teams.
- Willing to learn and take on responsibilities outside of their existing experience.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
