Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Drive product sales across retail, e-commerce, corporate partnerships, and new distribution channels.
Manage digital store fronts and online marketplaces to maximise growth and performance.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, product launches, and content initiatives.
Analyse market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and sales data to improve commercial results.
Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and revenue performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent brand positioning.
Support future business expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities.
Job Requirements:
At least 8 years of experience in brand or product marketing within the consumer products industry.
Proven track record of growing consumer product brands through retail and e-commerce channels.
Hands-on experience managing online marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
Strong commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets, sales performance, and business KPIs.
Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and working with agencies, influencers, or business partners.
