Responsibilities
Assign daily tasks:
Distribute workloads and shift schedules for cleaners.
Manage attendance:
Monitor staff attendance, report absences, and arrange replacement cover.
Train and onboard:
Teach new hires proper cleaning methods, service standards, and safety rules.
Provide feedback:
Monitor team performance and offer guidance or reassignments when needed. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Step in to clean:
Work alongside the cleaning team during peak hours, staff shortages, or emergencies to ensure all areas are completed on time.
