Responsibilities
Job Requirement:
Must have either Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR M&E Coordination Cert with Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of experience as a M&E RTO
Possess M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE
Job Description:
Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site
Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer
Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements
