Responsibilities
M&E / Architectural Drafter — Full time
Our client is seeking a skilled Drafter to support construction projects by producing precise M&E and architectural drawings.
Responsibilities:
Produce detailed shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and construction documentation.
Use AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks to draft technical designs.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
Ensure drawings comply with regulatory codes and project specifications.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight submission deadlines.
Update drawings based on site conditions, feedback, and design changes.
Prepare transmittal forms and manage documentation for project submissions.
Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and support fabrication needs.
Maintain organized records of drawing versions and project files.
Requirements:
Diploma or Certificate in Engineering, Drafting, or equivalent.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, or related design software.
Strong technical drawing skills with high attention to detail.
Knowledge of local M&E standards, building codes, and regulations.
Ability to interpret complex technical sketches and project requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
