Responsibilities
Job Summary
Lead and develop teams to achieve departmental goals through effective supervision, strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder communication while ensuring compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and motivate staff to enhance team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to support professional growth
Manage hiring and training processes to build a skilled and effective workforce
Plan and execute departmental goals aligned with organizational strategy to drive operational success
Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
Handle budgeting, allocate resources efficiently, and control costs to optimize financial performance
Communicate effectively with internal teams, senior management, and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
Ensure compliance with company policies and local Singapore regulatory standards to maintain operational integrity
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field relevant to the specific industry
3 to 8 years of relevant working experience with prior leadership or supervisory background
Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management abilities

Language proficiency in English and Bangla
