Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
Liaise effectively between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth operations
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely availability of resources on site to prevent delays
Plan work sequences and resolve site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance team to control budget
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain site safety and legal standards
Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability
Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project transparency
Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to facilitate project progress
Identify potential delays or risks and promptly report them to management for timely mitigation
Required competencies and certifications
Diploma or degree in any field
Experience in a related field
Willingness to work alternative shifts based on site schedule to support project needs
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
