Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Vending Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
Perform routine diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on automated vending machines to ensure optimal operation.
Troubleshoot and replace electrical components, control boards, wiring harnesses, and mechanical parts to restore machine functionality.
Conduct new machine setup, testing, firmware/software updates, and configuration before deployment to guarantee readiness.
Respond promptly to technical fault reports to minimize machine downtime and maintain service reliability.
Maintain clear and accurate logs of maintenance activities, parts replacement, and servicing history for record-keeping and analysis.
Apply strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix issues independently without daily supervision.
Handle physical tasks such as loading, moving equipment parts, and conducting site inspections safely and efficiently.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automated equipment servicing; prior experience with vending machines or kiosks is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of circuit systems, board replacement, and mechanical troubleshooting.
A valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License to travel between servicing sites if required.
