About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will analyze large datasets using Python and Databricks, create compelling Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, impactful reporting. This is a hands-on role with direct influence on business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Leverage Databricks and Spark-based workflows to process and transform large datasets.
• Use Python to automate data transformations, analysis, and reporting tasks.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into clear, accurate analytics solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytics role.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building and maintaining reports and interactive dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or other big data processing frameworks.
• Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, automation, and data transformation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
