Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1) Digital Public Engagement & Content Support
Prepare, format, and upload digital content for companay website and related social media platforms.
Prepare, edit, and integrate multimedia content (e.g., video editing, graphics).
Explore and apply innovative digital tools and AI technologies to improve public engagement and internal workflows. 2) IT Infrastructure & System Support (OMRMS and Other IT Systems)
Assist with the development and operation of system by providing technical and administrative support, including:
hardware setup
user testing
data entry
Help with basic computer system setup, general IT troubleshooting, and user account administration.
Support routine backup and restoration for server systems.
Assist with software/hardware installation and provide general administrative support to systems and other IT systems.
