Primary Duty

Review and process shipment transactions for major accounts and provide excellent customer service

Well verse in import, export, forwarding, transport delivery, and air shipments

Proactive communication with clients and suppliers

Provide solutions and guidances to team members

Coordinating the movement of freight and handling import and export transactions, on the road delivery, processing documentations.

Responsible for Team KPI

Provide training and class for team members

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
