An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Fund Formation practice of a leading international law firm in Singapore.

Working as part of a highly regarded funds team, you'll advise private equity sponsors, asset managers and institutional investors on the formation, structuring and operation of private investment funds. The role offers exposure to private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate and other alternative investment strategies, with the opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border mandates across Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

Requirements

• 3 years' PQE gained at a leading international or top-tier law firm.

• Experience advising on private investment fund formation, structuring and related transactional matters.

• Exposure to private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate or other alternative investment funds.

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.

• Experience working directly with sponsors, asset managers and other sophisticated clients in a fast-paced, international environment.
