Perform printing of work orders, operate equipment and machines (Chiseling Tool, Melter, Shearing, Melt/Press processes) to produce products to specification, products inspection, Data entry, etc.

• Receives metal parts from shipping/receiving department and initiates computer transactions of material movement and to move material to the next step in the process.

• Disassemble and clean incoming metal parts, partially or completely, using handheld air Chisel hammers, shearing machines, that supports the disassembly and cleaning process.

• Perform other processes (Melt/Press, etc) to desired product Alloy per specifications.

Requirement:

• ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level, Technical Cert;
• Good knowledge of working efficiency, manufacturing, quality, safety & environment preferred;
• Must possess good math skills and the ability to use, read calipers and micrometers and understand measurement tolerances.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) - Microsoft MS Words/ Excel
• Ability to accurately complete inventory controls/transactions
• Able to work in a safe, clean and metal fabrication environment
• Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
• Good communication skills, result oriented and proactive

Work location – 3 Tuas Loop, Singapore 637337.

Starting Basic Salary = S$1,80.00, Skills allowance S$50upto $400 per month upon obtain job skills certification
