Job Description

Role Summary:
The Software Engineer will contribute to the development and improvement of Talenox's HR platform, building reliable software solutions and working on features from development through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications for the HR platform.
• Design, implement, test, and improve new software features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot software issues and resolve technical problems.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new projects.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
• Take ownership of projects from development through completion.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Previous software development experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of programming languages and software development principles.
• Experience with web applications and databases is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Singapore 198689
