​Key Responsibilities

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
• Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
• Register all check-in customers at the front reception.
• Greet and direct guest to designated tables.
• Record orders, serve food and beverages.
• Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure a neat and tidy appearance.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Good mannerism and polite
• Presentable and pleasant physical appearance
• Experience in customer service, hostess and receptionist roles is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
