Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Group, including:

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for multiple companies.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, consolidated financial statements, and Board reports.

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Lead Group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

• Manage GST, corporate tax, and liaise with tax agents and IRAS.

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and fixed assets.

• Manage banking facilities, project financing, loans, foreign exchange, and cash flow.

• Coordinate annual statutory audits and strengthen internal controls.

• Lead ERP/Kintone system improvements and finance digitalisation projects.

• Support corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and overseas entities.

• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional qualification such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is an advantage.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership position .

• Experience managing multiple companies or group consolidation is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, and corporate taxation.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kintone, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar.

• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or construction industries will be advantageous.
