Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Full Set Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle full set accounts, manage monthly payroll, and support the company’s accounting, tax, and statutory compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and account reconciliations
* Manage monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and related statutory submissions.
* Ensure compliance with the latest Malaysian accounting, tax and government requirements
* Assist in cash flow monitoring, payment preparation, and collection follow-up.
* Prepare and submit CP204 / CP204A and liaise with tax agents on tax-related matters.
* Handle withholding tax matters and ensure timely submission where applicable.
* Manage and monitor SST-related matters, including documentation and submissions where applicable
* Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities.
* Coordinate annual audit, tax filing and year-end closing matters
* Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and filing
* Support any ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks assigned by management.
* Assist management with budgeting, financial analysis and other accounting-related matters
* Ensure all statutory deadlines and financial reporting requirements are met
* Support the implementation and compliance of new government regulations, including any updates related to taxation and accounting requirements
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
Strong experience in handling full set accounts
Familiar with monthly payroll processing
Good knowledge of CP204, Withholding Tax and SST
Familiar with current Malaysian statutory and government compliance requirements
Experience liaising with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretary and government authorities
Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
Detail-oriented, organised and responsible
Good communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English
Preferred Skills
* Experience liaising with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents.
* Strong understanding of monthly closing and financial reporting.
* Familiarity with e-Invoicing requirements will be an advantage
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
