Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend suitable mobile phones, accessories and related products.
• Explain product specifications, pricing, promotions and warranty clearly.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and social media platforms.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain good knowledge of mobile phone models, specifications, conditions and market prices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
• Participate in TikTok content, product demonstrations and livestream activities.
• Assist with daily store operations, product display and stock checking.
• Maintain a professional image and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the Company.

Requirements

• SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Confident, proactive and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and improve sales skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to participate in content and livestream activities.
• Able to work according to the Company's roster, including weekends and public holidays.
