Clinic Assistant (Patient Service Associate)

Gastroenterology Clinic – Farrer Park Medical Centre

We are a specialist gastroenterology clinic seeking a dedicated, service-oriented and reliable Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide frontline patient service, including registration and appointment scheduling

Manage patient enquiries via phone, email and in-person communication

Coordinate clinic appointments, procedures and follow-ups

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Assist with billing, invoicing and insurance claims processing

Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements

Fluent spoken Mandarin and English are required, as the role involves communicating with Mandarin-speaking patients

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred

Administrative or customer service experience is an advantage

Applicants must already have valid authorisation to work in Singapore

This position is not eligible for work-pass sponsorship

Able to work independently, be organised and provide a high standard of patient service
