We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient IT Support professional to fill a critical 3-in-1 role that spans Network Administration, Systems Management, and Deskside Support.

In this capacity, you will serve as the cornerstone of our IT operations, taking comprehensive ownership of our technology infrastructure across multiple offices and customer sites.

This is not a routine support position—it demands proactive management of enterprise-grade networks, cloud platforms, and server environments, alongside a steadfast commitment to security, reliability, and operational excellence.

You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ability to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with regional teams, and drive continuous improvement will directly impact business continuity and user productivity.

Main Responsibilities

• Administer and support Cisco Meraki networking, including wireless.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and Tanium environments.
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Troubleshoot desktop, server, network, and connectivity issues.
• Support backup and recovery solutions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide onsite and remote support to users across offices and customer sites.
• Work with regional HQ IT team on infrastructure projects and escalations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
