Role Description

We are seeking experienced Personal Bankers with a proven track record in personal banking to join our team as Wealth Manager .

This role is ideal for individuals who have experience managing personal banking clients and are looking to take the next step in their career by providing more comprehensive wealth management and financial advisory solutions.

As a Wealth Manager, you will build and deepen relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored solutions across investments, insurance, retirement and wealth planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, needs and risk profiles to provide suitable wealth management solutions.
• Provide advice across investments, insurance, retirement planning and other financial solutions.
• Drive business growth through client acquisition, referrals and relationship development.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify opportunities to enhance clients’ financial strategies.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients while delivering a high standard of service.
• Stay updated on financial markets, wealth management solutions and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and specialists to provide comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements

• Singapore Residents only.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in personal banking, wealth management, insurance or financial advisory
• Strong sales track record with proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Experience managing a portfolio of personal or affluent banking clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, insurance and wealth management solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, driven and comfortable working towards sales and business development targets.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
• Passionate about helping clients achieve their financial and wealth goals.
• Relevant CMFAS qualifications and financial advisory licences are required. CMFAS papers: M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HIS, M6 and M6A.
