Job Description:
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Human Resources & Admin Executive
to support day-to-day HR and administrative operations. Based in Tuas, with company transport provided from Joo Koon MRT station, this role is ideal for a candidate familiar with Singapore employment regulations and looking to manage full-spectrum HR duties in an engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Spectrum HR & Admin Support:
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and oversee daily office administrative operations.
Recruitment Coordination:
Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Coordinate seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes, including employment documentation, orientation, exit clearance, and final salary coordination.
Work Pass Administration:
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related MOM submissions.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance:
Assist with payroll administration and ensure strict compliance with CPF, IRAS, and MOM regulations.
Documentation:
Draft HR letters, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and resignation acceptances.
Ad-Hoc Tasks:
Support general HR and administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience in Singapore.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Sound understanding of Singapore Employment Laws, MOM regulations, work pass procedures, CPF, and IRAS compliance.
Skills & Attributes:
Hands-on, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Meticulous, responsible, and capable of handling confidential data professionally.
Location:
Willing to work in Tuas (Company transport provided from Joo Koon MRT).
