  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in related field.
  • Proven sales experiences, preferably in the waterproofing, automotive or hardware retail industry.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with client.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Preferably experience in the waterproofing, automotive or hardware retail industry.

岗位职责

  • Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify new customers and market opportunities within the waterproofing, automotive, and hardware segments to drive sales performance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers while handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
  • Product Promotion & Market Expansion: Introduce new products to customers, conduct market research, and participate in trade events to expand business opportunities.
  • Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, customer stock levels, and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support promotional activities, payment collection, and smooth customer servicing.
