Job Summary
You will perform contract-related administrative tasks and support coordination efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
Create and process purchase orders (PO) and invoices accurately to support contract administration
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to facilitate timely contract execution and resolve issues
Communicate clearly and professionally to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and support teamwork
Perform assigned ad hoc administrative duties to support operational needs
Required competencies and certifications
Possess minimum "O" Level or ITE certification in Office Skills or equivalent
Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
