Our Client is primarily in the Agriculture / Agri-Tech / Fresh Produce industry, specifically vegetable farming. They are currently hiring an
HR & Administration Executive
to support our growing operations and workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, personnel files and monthly HR reports.
Process monthly payroll and manage overtime, allowances, leave, medical and staff claims.
Support recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, employment documentation and new-joiner orientation.
Coordinate resignation, clearance and exit documentation to ensure proper completion of offboarding procedures.
Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs and practices in line with company requirements and local employment regulations.
Support salary, benefits, incentives, performance appraisal and employee retention initiatives.
Coordinate staff training, SDF applications and employee development records.
Handle employee and foreign worker feedback, welfare concerns, grievances and workplace issues, escalating sensitive matters when required.
Coordinate worker welfare, dormitory matters, inspections, maintenance, accommodation records and relevant compliance requirements.
Provide administrative support to Management and department heads, including vendor coordination, events and other HR-related matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in construction industry
Good understanding of Singapore employment practices and HR administration.
Experience in payroll, recruitment, work pass matters and employee records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
Able to multitask and work closely with Management, Production and Maintenance teams.

Working Days/Hours : 5 days/ office hours
Salary: S$3,700 + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
