Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts, onboarding documents, and resignation procedures
- Manage employee attendance, including attendance records, leave, overtime, and related HR documentation
- Handle monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
- Ensure HR practices and procedures comply with Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Assist with HR administrative tasks, company activities, and other HR-related projects as required
