Job Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on order status and delivery schedules.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Verify quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain proper purchasing records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and replenishment requirements.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Candidates with relevant purchasing experience will have an added advantage.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
