• Support project setup and delivery for ongoing client engagements; drafting agendas, meeting minutes, project plans and timelines
• Track scope, deadlines, workstreams and fees; assist with billing coordination
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned on progress
• Support rollout and adoption of new operational technologies/tools
• Own and coordinate smaller projects end-to-end
• Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to generate insights for leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic initiatives as needed
