Job Description

• Oversee solar and electrical installations, maintenance, and safety compliance at ensuring smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project timelines and specifications
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, maintaining high standards of work and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ensure all the quality check and assurance on projects is following the company quality control in ISO 9001:2015.
• Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate records of all site activities.
• Handle site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

Job Requirement

• Possess minimum qualifications of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Possess essential skills including strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess proficiency in both written and spoken English is mandatory, and proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous.
