Profile

A successful Service Operations Executive should have:

• 1-2 years experience in service operations, administration, service coordination, or operations support, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Open to fresh grads.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and coordination.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
